He did a great job inspecting any home we walked through and provided transparent feedback and advocated in our best interest throughout the process. From having a sound understanding of things to look out for structurally such as foundation, piping, utilities, roofs, gutters, etc, to double checking that the refrigerator door had proper clearance to open in a flip (it did not lol). Mike is a very knowledgeable realtor…prepare for him to go in the basement first during showings to check to see if the house is structurally sound, and things are all good so your not just buying lipstick on a pig. Mike and I had a really difficult deal (that eventually worked out.) throughout the deal he did a lot of detective work and was very communicative about what was going on the whole time. If you want someone that looks out for your best interest, and isn’t trying to just close a deal go with Mike.
